View record data
Browse everything logged or uploaded to a record in one place: test results, metrics and files. The Data page shows this evidence on its own, whether or not it is placed in a document.
Prerequisites
View record data
In the left sidebar, click Inventory.
Select a record or find your record by applying a filter or searching for it.4
In the left sidebar that appears for your record, click Data.
Select the tab for the evidence you want to review:
Test Results
The list on the left shows every test logged to the record, grouped by category such as Data Validation or Model Validation, with a pass or fail icon on each row.
- Use Search test results to find a test by name.
- If the record’s tests are split across more than one group, select a document from the drop-down to scope the list to it. Results that are not in any document form their own group, Not in a document.
- A record with many tests shows the first page of results. Search to find the rest.
Click a test to open its latest run on the right:
- The heading shows the test’s title and ID, with a link to the document it belongs to.
- The run menu lists the 50 most recent runs of the test, with the date and time, who ran it, and whether it passed. The newest run is tagged Latest. Select a run to view that version.
- Parameters, Results and Figures show what the selected run logged.
Metrics
The list on the left shows every metric logged to the record, grouped by category such as Classification, Custom or Integration: Bedrock.
Click a metric to see its name, key and the date it was last recorded, with the same values over time view as a metric block in a document.9
Attachments
The table lists every file on the record, including the PDFs uploaded on its documents, with each file’s field, type, size and description, and who added it and when. Click a file’s name to open it.
You can also upload files, edit a file’s description, or delete a file from this tab.10
