Manage user fields
Add your own fields to every user profile in your organization, such as Business Unit or Team. Users fill in their own values on their profile, and administrators can edit values from the User Directory.
User fields are free text and optional. They describe users only. You can’t use them in filters, stakeholder pickers, workflows, attestations, or analytics.
Prerequisites

In the left sidebar, click Settings.
Under Users & Access, select User Fields.
Click Add User Field.
Enter a Label for the field, such as
Business Unit.Users see this label on their profile. Each label must be unique in your organization.

The new field is added to the end of the list. It’s empty for every user until someone enters a value.
Your organization can have up to 50 user fields.
