Log in to ValidMind
Log in to our cloud-hosted ValidMind Platform to work with your model documentation, prepare validation reports, or to configure ValidMind for your organization.
ValidMind supports the following methods for logging in:
- Public internet — minimal configuration needed
- Private network endpoints — requires additional configuration
Prerequisites
Public internet
In a web browser, open one of the the URLs for the ValidMind Platform:

https://app.ca1.validmind.ai If unsure which URL to use, we recommend US1 or consult your organization for data stewardship requirements.1
Click Sign in to ValidMind.
Choose one of the login options:
- Enter your email address and password, and click Continue.
- Select one of the single sign-on (SSO) login options, such as Google, GitHub, or Microsoft, and complete the login steps.
After successful login, you will be redirected to the main dashboard of the ValidMind Platform.

ValidMind access
When you sign in to ValidMind for the first time, what you can access depends on whether user self-onboarding is enabled for your environment.
If user self-onboarding is enabled
One of the following two options will apply:
Were you invited to an organization?
- Your invitation is accepted automatically.
- You are logged in to the organization with the roles defined in the invitation.
Were you not invited and do not belong to an organization?
- You can create a new organization.
- You will automatically be assigned the following roles for that organization:
Customer Admin Developer
If user self-onboarding is disabled
- You might have only the Basic User role with very limited access.
- You will see a message prompting you to contact an administrator.
- An administrator must provide you with the necessary access for your role.
Once you have the necessary access, you can work with models and workflows and perform actions such as editing documentation, running tests, or completing validations.
