Add toggle for OIDC group and role sync at organization level

This update enhances organization settings with improved OIDC (OpenID Connect) synchronization and mapping management. You can now access a new tab under Settings Configuration, allowing you to update technical settings for your organization.

Additionally, you can manage OIDC Sync Mappings. This feature helps associate groups and roles in claims with organization roles or groups, ensuring seamless integration and role management. Note that the Site Admin must enable the sync for these features to be available.
