Guides: Check uploaded documents and manage stopped checks

Learn how to check a newly uploaded document: the file is prepared before the check begins. Preparing a long document can take a few minutes, and you can follow both tasks live in My Inbox. You can stop either task, close the tab, or navigate elsewhere while they run. Checking starts automatically after preparation, and subsequent checks of the same file go straight to analysis.

When you stop a check, its run is saved. Completed answers are saved, while questions the check did not reach are marked as not checked. A stopped check cannot be published to your organization, and its exported report states that the check did not finish.
