Configure finding severities with custom levels and visual enhancements

You can now create custom finding severity levels for more detailed feedback. Easily reorder these severity levels using a drag-and-drop interface. This update also introduces color-coded severity badges with theme support for better visual clarity. Additionally, it includes a dependency check to prevent the deletion of severities that are currently in use.
